As We Are is a socially aware photographic practice aiming to use the lens to empower and reframe stories. Photography can be a tool that reaches farther and deeper to challenge identity and community. Through capturing authentic life narratives, As We Are transcends documentation; its images aim to serve as catalysts for healing.
As We Are collaborates with other experts to facilitate, teach and mentor at various levels with groups and individuals, social enterprises and NGO’s.
