The true beauty of having Natalie there was that she didn't miss a single moment of the entire journey. In this case, it became even more critical than if it had been a successful VBAC because of the sadness surrounding the repeat caesarean.

When Natalie shared the birth story photos with me, I was deeply moved. Every moment was beautifully captured, including the raw and graphic aspects of childbirth. What's remarkable is that none of it felt overwhelming; in fact, each photo held its own unique beauty.

These photos now provide Lauren with a precious resource to revisit, especially during her postpartum journey when she may question her own strength and resilience. They help her process the repeat trauma she experienced, fostering healing that extends into the future.

She would have been the only person in the room unable to witness her birth, as she was on her back during the procedure. However, thanks to the photographer's presence, she can now see this powerful and meaningful journey unfold.

I don’t think you can really put into words how deep the positive emotions are, and pictures speak a 100000 words. Each time I look at them a different happy or happier emotion pulls through. Nat’s blew all expectations out of the park and truly delivered on the brief ❤️
